ABOUT
I'm convinced that what the world needs more than anything is you. Your energy, your creativity, your presence and I want to play a role in allowing more of you to be able to show up.
I have always loved listening to what interests other people and learning about what they excel at. I think my curiosity and enthusiasm for hearing stories translates into the counselling room as I do my best to help people move through their frustrations, challenges and griefs to get back to feeling more like themselves.
My hope is my clients feel that they can bring anything into the counselling room while never feeling pressure to bring anything in particular into the room. That invitation without a pressured expectation feels very welcoming and sets the stage for the process of learning and growing together.
I began my career as a youth worker and then graduated from Providence Seminary in 2009
with my Master of Arts in Counselling. I am also a Registered Social Worker in Manitoba and
can practice electronically in Ontario through the Ontario Social Worker College.
